Product Studied: Project B Naked Meal
We at Project B emphasize on being bare and transparent of our product ingredient and formulation. We have an extensive product development stage, carefully engineer every product to ensure they work. As a part of formulation processing, upon formulation confirmation, we reach out to a number of volunteers to gather their feedback and reviews on the product.
Under this review, we gathered and tabulated the feedback from 33 users, primarily looking at how our product work for them and its usability.
This product has been studied and fine-tuned for over 30 months before the formulation is confirmed. We took another 6 months to test its efficacy profile on over 33 individuals before it is being delivered to you. This part of the report displays the results of the efficacy profile, where we have another part of the report reviews the product formulation.
Following 5 tablespoon of Project B Naked Meal once daily to replace any meal for 30 days, with a strict reduced calorie diet on other soild meals when not using Project B Naked Meal, the total mean weight reduction has been documented at 1.5kg over the first 7 days, and further reduced 2.8kg, 3.7kg, 5.0kg over 14 days, 21 days and 30 days respectively.

Methods & Assessments
The volunteers are gathered over the period of 6 months post-formulation study, and every volunteers' progress are monitored over the period of 1 month.
Of all the 33 volunteers, they are individuals with BMI between 25-35 kg/m2, living a relatively sedentary lifestyle.

Volunteers are gathered, inclusion criteria includes age ranges from 18 to 55, individuals with BMI between 25-35 kg/m2. Volunteers are being advised to comply to the recommended regime:
"Take 5 tablespoon once daily to replace any meal for 30 days, with a reduced calorie diet on other soild meals when not using B Naked Meal."
Volunteers are advised to visit our studies centre to measure the results on specified intervals and the outcomes are recorded.
According to the observation gathered, the total mean weight reduction has been documented at 1.5kg over the first 7 days with B Naked Meal, and further reduced 2.8kg, 3.7kg, 5.0kg over 14 days, 21 days and 30 days respectively, which have accounted to 6-8% total body weight loss, with a strict calorie controlled diet of 30 days.Results displayed are of satisfactory, this positive outcome is a result of consistent effort of 30 days use of 5 tablespoon B Naked Meal once daily to replace any meal, with a reduced calorie diet on other soild meals when not using B Naked Meal.
In addition to that, some participants have reported that they are able to have a better focus and concentration with great supply of energy and better performance during the day and better sleep at night, following the consistent use B Naked Meal. This could be the result of consistent replenishment of balanced nutrition and is a good sign of well nourishment. Participants have also sounded their appreciation on the ease of use and convenience to make up a good, nutritious, balanced meal on days or times or whenever they run short of time to fill a busy schedule, that this has helped them to eliminate bad choices in food.
There is no drastic weight loss observed and is within safe weight losing limit. In conclusion, results have shown that Project B Naked Meal consumption has positively impacted people's life in terms of weight control, access to a nutritionally balanced food for better overall wellbeing and nourishment.
