Position: Project Administrator
Project Administrator is a part of the workplace management team that assist with project management duties. They oversee and performing administrative functions concerned with a project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce orders processing
2. Liaison with logistics and delivery
3. General customer enquiries and matter handling
4. Preparation, compilation and organization of paperwork
Candidate Criteria:
1. Able to work independently, possesses great organization skill
2. Possesses good communication and writing skill (English)
3. Great customer-serving manner, communication and problem solving skill.
Position: Digital Planner
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Create and edit creative/good social media visual content in terms of photo post, story, GIF, video
(yeap, that’s all)
Candidate Criteria:
1. Passionate about social media and digital marketing
2. In depth understanding in the use of all social media channels & capable in organizing/managing social media activities
3. Exceptional creativity and innovation
4. Possesses strong communication and writing skill (English)
5. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines
Position: Marketing Executive
Marketing Executive is a part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Marketing Executive are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing activities/campaigns planning & coordination
2. Social media content planning
3. Daily maintenance of social media platforms
4. Manage calendar of web promotions to keep landing pages fresh and up to date with current campaigns
5. Collaborative partnership planning and reach out
6. Coordinate with graphic designer with respect to marketing collateral
Candidate Criteria:
1. Degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent
2. Passionate about social media and digital marketing

Position: Marketing Analyst
Marketing Analyst develop and maintain digital advertisement and other marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Effectively design marketing campaigns and establish marketing campaigns goal
2. Analyze data from multiple disparate sources around performance of digital channels
3. Use data to identify business opportunities, communicate plans and results and subsequently work with relevant teams to drive implementation.
4. Perform trend analysis, maintain volume forecasts, monitor efficiency and spend associated with digital channels and perform channel optimization
Candidate Criteria:
1. Degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent
2. In depth understanding in the use of all digital and social media channels
3. Love the numbers game with strong research and analytical skill
4. Capable to churn huge data and present results in a proficient manner
5. Capable to critically think and design the most optimized digital marketing strategies
Position: Graphic Designer
Graphic designers design graphics for use in media products
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Work with the respective marketing personnel and advise with regard to design style and direction
2. An understanding of the latest trends and develop concepts, graphics and layouts
3. Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief, review final layouts and suggest improvements
4. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines
