The results
The following review produced have not been edited or altered in any sense, it is the original piece that the independent nutritionist has provided.

Nutritionist: Fiona Soh (Ms)
I was reached out to offer a formulation review on a product that directs female menstruation, regularity and for women health. The data provided was rather simple, I remember I had to reconfirm with the person in charge if this is the full ingredient list. While at first impression, clean label has been an emphasis in other parts of the world but not instill very much in the Asian countries, I am really happy to see such simple, short and clean ingredient list without the other long lists of additives, sugars, bulking agents that usually come with in the health food industry.

Looking into the individual ingredients; at first glance, Papaya, Ginger Extract, Turmeric Extract, Cinnamon, Cumin are all natural food that is beneficial for better menstruation and women health. With a greater detail on how these are able to help:
1. Papaya - Papaya contains carotene, a red-orange pigement that supports, stimulates and regulates estrogen levels within healthy levels. Naturally, papaya also helps contract muscle fibers in the uterus and stimulates the action of uterine lining breakdown. All these, can positively induce periods more frequently and regularly.
2. Ginger Extract - Ginger is a vitamin C and magnesium-rich food, great for regulating menstrual cycles, directing healthy menstrual flow and relieving cramps.
3. Turmeric Extract - A good warming agent, turmeric is also really helpful in regulating menstruation, balancing hormones, improving mood and decreasing symptoms of PMS.
4. Cinnamon - Cinnamon can help regulate insulin levels in the body, as hormones are interlinked within our body systems as chemical messengers, this is believed to may have an effect on other hormones and result in regulating the menstrual cycle. Cinnamon is capable to generate a warming effect, help with periods regulation and balancing hormones, as well as to relieve menstrual pain/cramps.
5. Cumin - Cumin stimulates contraction in the uterus and helps release trapped blood in the treatment of irregular period.

In a good summary, this product does have great ingredients that function well, able to support the regulation of menstruation; clean label and no nasty additives - overall looks promising. Having said that, both personally and professionally, I would appreciate if the product comes with a nourishing element as an added bonus that cares for the feminine health, though I understand huge part of this product is about menstruation regulation, but with the recent lifestyle and trend, I as female would appreciate to include some day to day nourishment as part of my self care routine.

Author's Note: We had no contact with Fiona before the test was conducted, and she had never heard of Project B until after the results were gathered. These results were entirely independent and blind on her behalf. Following this review, our product development team has taken serious consideration of Ms Fiona's opinion and have discussed this point with the formulator to include a nourishment element - the inclusion of Dates Extract has then been approved under the final product formula, ready to enter second phase for participant trial.
