Product Trial Review Report | Project B Fiber+

Product Studied: Project B Fiber+

Introduction
We at Project B emphasize on being bare and transparent of our product ingredient and formulation. We have an extensive product development stage, carefully engineer every product to ensure they work. As a part of formulation processing, upon formulation confirmation, we reach out to a number of volunteers to gather their feedback and reviews on the product.

Under this review, we gathered and tabulated the feedback from 32 users, primarily looking at how our product work for them and its usability.

This product has been studied and fine-tuned for over 20 months before the formulation is confirmed. We took another 4 months to test its efficacy profile on over 32 individuals before it is being delivered to you. This part of the report displays the results of the efficacy profile, where we have another part of the report reviews the product formulation.

Results In Brief
Following one tablespoon once daily for 30 days with plenty of additional fluids (2L) throughout the day, Project B Fiber+ is capable to adequately breakdown macronutrients for better nutrient absorption, balance gut microbiota, effectively restore bowel habit and ultimately reduce participant's body weight.

Objective
To study if Project B Fiber+ can contribute to better digestive and overall intestinal health.

Methods & Assessments
The volunteers are gathered over the period of 4 months post-formulation study, and every volunteers' progress are monitored over the period of 1 months.

Of all the 32 volunteers, they are individuals with BMI between 25-35 kg/m2, living a relatively sedentary lifestyle.
Age:
Adolescent: 10-20 (n=8)
Adult: 25-55 (n = 24)

Gender
Male (n = 9)
Female (n = 23)

Material supply: 1 month supply of Project B Fiber+

Assessments:
Quantify bowel movement per week (n)
Quantify episodes of indigestion & other gut related issues (n)
Quantify changes in weight (kg)

Design:
Volunteers are gathered, inclusion criteria includes age ranges from 10 to 20 and 25 to 55, individuals with BMI between 25-35 kg/m2. Volunteers are being advised to comply to the recommended regime:
"Take one tablespoon once daily for 30 days. Replenish with plenty of additional fluids throughout the day, as much as 2 litre of water per day."

Volunteers are advised to visit our studies centre to measure the results on specified intervals and the outcomes are recorded.

Discussion
Load
The national fiber recommendations are 30 grams a day for men and 25 grams a day for women, but more often than not, the average person eats only about 12 grams of fiber each day. Sufficient fiber acquired not only does it ensure healthy stool movement, it also improves the population of helpful germs (bacteria) in your gut, which can lower the risk of constipation, gut or bowel related cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

Right onto the observation of stool frequency conducted over 30 days of Project B Fiber+, the constant consumption and replenishment of fiber has restored bowel movement to a healthy frequency. At baseline (Day 0), 75% participants have an average of only 3 bowel movement per week (every alternate days or less) and have described difficulty passing hard stool. On Day 7, 20% participants reported to have improved stool movement with easier passing experience of up to 5 times or above per week. On day 21, 46% participants have over 5 times per week stool frequency; while on Day 30 all participants have successfully attained a healthy bowel habit with soft stool.

Guard & Restore
There are about 60% of the participants reported to have a history of frequent indigestion following heavy meals and other minor digestive/gut issues. The digestive enzyme action in Project B Fiber+ has believed to adequately digest and breakdown macronutrients to facilitate better and easier absorption, complemented with the help of probiotic to balance the gut microbiota. These actions have then effectively controlled the episodes to not more than 3 times over 30 days.

Following 1 month consumption of Project B Fiber+, the correction and restoration of overall healthy gut and digestive function have also positively impacted participant's body weight to have a steady decrease of average 1kg per week to restore to healthy BMI.

In conclusion, the trial result compiled from 32 participant is of satisfactory and Project B Fiber+ is concluded to effectively load, safeguard and restore digestive and overall intestinal health.
