Discussion
According to the Sleep Foundation, most adults require between 7 to 9 hours of nightly sleep, needed for proper cognitive and behavioral functions. A healthy diet and positive lifestyle habits can help ensure an adequate amount of sleep each night – but for some, chronic lack of sleep may be the first sign of a sleep disorder. A product trial is conducted against the use of Project B Good Night, a complete natural non-habit forming herbal blend, and its efficacy in promoting relaxation & sleep mechanism.
